I’m willing to bet that people lose a lot of time looking for misplaced items at home too.

  • Gifts – Instead of buying Christmas gifts on December 23rd, start shopping a year ahead of time. You can buy what you need on Boxing Day and Black Friday and get some great deals, or wait for that perfect gift to go on sale.
  • Vacations – Plan vacations far in advance so you can buy flights during seat sales and get a sweet discount. If travel dates and destination are flexible you could be in for even bigger savings.
  • Coupons – Getting organized will help you know which coupons you need, and where you can use them. That way, you won’t miss out on deals because you left coupons at home, or shopped at the wrong store.

Reduce your waste through organization by a) planning for what you need and b) knowing what you have.
